OurScore is a football live-score app. This page states exactly what we collect, why, and how you delete it.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- No location data. Country is inferred from your phone prefix only.
- No contacts, photos, or files.
- We do not sell your data, and we never share your phone number or the teams you follow with an advertiser.
Advertising
We show ads so that OurScore stays free. They are served by Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in the app. For that purpose Google receives data from your device, including your resettable advertising identifier, device type, approximate IP address and the page you are viewing.
We do not send any advertiser your phone number, your name, or the list of teams you follow.
- Your choice. You can refuse personalised ads at any time — on the web under Account → Ads and privacy, and in the app under Account → Ad privacy options. Refusing does not remove ads; it makes them generic rather than based on your activity.
- What we block. Betting, gambling, alcohol and dating ads are excluded. If you see one, that is a fault — please report it.
- Pro subscribers see no ads at all, and no data is sent to any ad network from their accounts.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account, or from this page: Delete account.
Deletion immediately removes your name, avatar, follows, notifications and push tokens. Your phone number is retained in hashed form for thirty days for abuse prevention, then permanently erased.
User-generated content
Fan Zone comments are written by users. You can report any comment or block any user from inside the app, and reports are reviewed by a human.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
