Delete your account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time, in one of two ways:
In the app
- Open Account
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Confirm
On the web: your account page.
By email
Email privacy@kooratna.online from your own address with the subject "Delete account" and your registered phone number. We action requests within thirty days.
What is deleted
- Display name and avatar
- Teams and competitions you follow
- Notifications and push tokens
- Your comments, predictions and votes
- Your Telegram link
What is kept temporarily
Your phone number is retained in hashed form for thirty days to prevent abuse and repeat-signup rings, then permanently erased. Accounts cannot be recovered after deletion.
